Our factory covers an area of 50,000 square meters, equipped with punch presses, friction presses, automatic polishing machines, advanced ultrasonic wave cleaners from South Korea, and hydraulic presses from Taiwan and Japan. These resources allow us to turn out 800,000 sets monthly, wherein 80% are exported to the US.
Meeting ISO Standards
We have our own material laboratory, and perform chemical analysis in-house to ensure product safety. Our 340 QC inspectors work under ISO 9001:2000-certified operations. Our R&D team adds six new designs to our catalog each month to keep your selection updated. If you have a custom design in mind, we are ready to help you develop it within 15 days. All samples are provided for free.
